Saints donate $25,000 in helmets to Patrick F. Taylor football program

The New Orleans Saints, in partnership with American Safety, surprised the Patrick F. Taylor Academy football program with a $25,000 donation of Riddell SpeedFlex helmets on August 25. The donation aims to enhance safety for young athletes as they prepare for the upcoming season. Head coach Kenneth Bourgeois led the team into a gymnasium where the presentation took place, and former NFL players Rickey Jackson and Devery Henderson addressed the athletes about the importance of safety and teamwork. The advanced helmets are designed to help reduce injury risks on the field.
