Saints make several roster moves ahead of training camp

The New Orleans Saints announced multiple roster moves as they prepare for training camp. Cornerback Beanie Bishop was waived after being suspended due to a violation of the NFL's substance abuse policy. To fill the vacancy, the Saints signed cornerback Mike Reid, who has previously been associated with the Carolina Panthers and Seattle Seahawks. Tight end Cody Hardy and defensive lineman Zxavian Harris were placed on the Active/Non-Football Injury list, while defensive lineman Keeshawn Silver and wide receiver Mason Tipton are on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list. Both Silver and Tipton will be eligible to return once medically cleared.
