San Antonio Spurs face New York Knicks in NBA Finals matchup

Summary

The San Antonio Spurs are set to face the New York Knicks in the NBA Finals, beginning their matchup on June 3, 2026. This marks the Knicks' first trip to the Finals since 1999. While the Spurs are hailed as an approachable, down-to-earth team, the Knicks have drawn attention for their polarizing status among fans, largely attributed to owner James Dolan's controversial decisions and the team's history.
