Operational since the match against Red Bull Bragantino on August 29, the room offers private, compassionate assistance from multidisciplinary teams. This initiative follows recommendations from the Brasília Charter, which advises that sports arenas create specialized support areas for victims of rights violations. The club has aligned the project with existing state and federal safety protocols, including the No Means No and Do Not Stay Silent initiatives. The room aims to ensure a safe environment for all fans and staff while facilitating appropriate referrals to public security, health, and social protection services.
