São Paulo starts training for CONMEBOL Sudamericana quarterfinal against Boca Juniors

São Paulo opened practice at SuperCT on Sunday morning following a 2-0 victory over Atlético Mineiro in the Brazilian Championship. The team is preparing for the first leg of the CONMEBOL Sudamericana quarterfinals against Boca Juniors scheduled for Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. at La Bombonera in Buenos Aires. Players involved in Saturday’s match performed recovery exercises, while the remainder of the squad conducted fitness drills and small-sided games. Forward Victor Sá participated in full training after recovering from an ankle sprain, and forward Lucca completed his first unrestricted session following a jaw injury. The team will hold a final practice session on Monday morning before departing for Argentina via charter flight.
