Savinho transfer negotiations stall as he joins Manchester City pre-season camp

Summary

Negotiations between Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur over Savinho have stalled due to a disagreement over transfer fees. Savinho returned to Manchester City's training at the City Football Academy on July 23, 2026, after earlier reports indicated strong interest from Tottenham. The two clubs have not found common ground on a £65 million valuation, creating a significant obstacle. Despite Tottenham's desire to sign the Brazilian winger, they are currently unwilling to meet City's asking price, leading to a cooling off in talks. Savinho's participation in pre-season training reinforces that he remains a Manchester City player for now.
