Hankerson, who previously played for the Oregon State Beavers, gained over 1,000 rushing yards in his two seasons there. Recently released by the Miami Dolphins, he originally transferred from Colorado. The Seahawks are looking to bolster their banged-up running back group, with injuries sidelining several players ahead of their next opponent, the Tennessee Titans. Hankerson may have the chance to secure a spot on the practice squad if his performance impresses during the tryout.
