Seahawks cut Trevon Diggs and place Zach Charbonnet on reserve PUP

The Seattle Seahawks finalized their 53-man roster on Sunday, releasing cornerback Trevon Diggs after a short stint with the organization. Diggs, who signed with the team on August 19, recorded an interception and a tackle during the preseason but failed to secure a spot. The team also moved running back Zach Charbonnet to the reserve/PUP list as he continues to recover from a knee injury sustained during the 2025 divisional playoffs. Beyond these moves, the Seahawks terminated the contracts of several vested veterans, including Bobby Hart, Noah Igbinoghene, and Nick Vannett. Numerous other players were waived or designated with injury status, while wide receiver Irv Charles was placed on injured reserve. The roster adjustments reflect the team's ongoing assessment following the conclusion of the preseason schedule.
