Seattle Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald confirmed that quarterback Sam Darnold did not suffer a hip fracture following an injury sustained during Wednesday's game. Darnold left the field during the first quarter after taking a sack on the team's opening possession. He was initially evaluated in the medical tent before being transported to Harborview Medical Center for a CT scan. While initial imaging ruled out a fracture, the organization expects to conduct an MRI on Thursday to further clarify the extent of the injury. Macdonald noted that the team is still determining Darnold’s availability for the upcoming Week 2 game against the Arizona Cardinals.
