Seahawks sign Anthony Hankerson amid Jadarian Price injury concerns

The Seattle Seahawks announced multiple roster moves on August 17, including the signing of running back Anthony Hankerson. This decision follows a preseason loss to the Dallas Cowboys and comes as rookie running back Jadarian Price recovers from a lower body injury that sidelined him from practice and the recent game. Hankerson previously achieved over 1,000 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns in his final college season at Oregon State. In addition to Hankerson, the Seahawks also signed wide receiver Julian Hicks and linebacker Power Echols, and placed cornerback Shemar Jean-Charles on injured reserve. The team cut running backs T.J. Harden and Justin Jones to accommodate these changes.
