The organization relied on character references from team legend Leon Washington, who has a long-standing relationship with the organization, to evaluate the signing. Arnold, who was released by the Detroit Lions earlier this summer, is currently free on a $1 million bond. His next court appearance in Tampa is scheduled for October 5.
