Seahawks work out safety Ifeatu Melifonwu during free agent visit

The Seattle Seahawks hosted safety Ifeatu Melifonwu for a free agent visit as they approach their mandatory minicamp. Melifonwu, a former third-round pick by the Detroit Lions in the 2021 NFL Draft, has struggled with injuries and consistency throughout his career. Last season, he played in 16 games with eight starts for the Miami Dolphins.
