Seattle Seahawks Football Fest showcases Rylie Mills' standout performance

The Seattle Seahawks held their Football Fest at Lumen Field on Saturday evening, marking the third year under head coach Mike Macdonald. The practice featured players in pads, a change from recent sessions, though Jadarian Price was absent due to lower body soreness. Former player Marshawn Lynch interacted with fans but did not participate in practice. Rylie Mills, a second-year defensive tackle, received significant praise for his strong performance during the session.
