"Sebastian Fundora spends some time talking to Sean Zittel about how he envisions his career plans at this stage should he get past Ermal Hadribeaj on Oct. 17, looking forward to taking on Boots Ennis, Vergil Ortiz, and whoever else he needs to deal with in order to unify titles at 154. Check out some of what he had to say below. Fundora on wanting the Boots vs Kelly winner, or potentially Ortiz “That’s very realistic because I don’t see no one else, now. I don’t see no one else, we don’t really have too much other moves aside those…I don’t think of unifications as the biggest thing but I do think these names are the biggest names and I do want to fight these and I do want to beat these guys to prove I’m the best. The belts are an extra thing but the names, I feel, are the real catch.” On if it makes sense for him to fight Ortiz while Boots and Kelly unify “I want to unify. I think the next fight for Fundora is a unification.” On how he matches up against Boots “Pain. We bring the pain. I know I can beat him, whether it’s out awkward style that everybody loves to say, or the fact that we throw a lot of punches, but we I think we have more dog in us…What did he show it for, a round? I showing it my whole career.”
"Sebastian Fundora hopes for a big showdown next Spring.
