Sebastien Ogier confirmed his readiness to compete in the World Rally Championship in Paraguay next week following recovery from a high-speed crash at Rally Finland. Ogier and co-driver Julien Ingrassia were leading when their vehicle left the road and rolled. Both were hospitalized for precautionary checks and subsequently released. Despite feeling that his quest for a record-breaking 10th title is largely over due to a points deficit, Ogier aims to help Toyota secure a manufacturers' championship. He plans to participate in the remaining WRC events this season, including rallies in Paraguay, Chile, Sardinia, and Saudi Arabia if the finale goes ahead.
- •Ogier crashed while leading at Rally Finland.
- •Both drivers were unharmed and released from the hospital.
