SEC announces 2027 baseball conference schedules for Vanderbilt and Tennessee

The SEC released the 2027 baseball conference schedules on Sept. 8, outlining 30-game slates for both Vanderbilt and Tennessee. Vanderbilt will host Ole Miss, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Florida, and Auburn while playing road series against South Carolina, LSU, Georgia, Texas, and Tennessee. Tennessee is scheduled to host Oklahoma, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi State, and Vanderbilt, with away series at Texas A&M, Texas, Auburn, Florida, and Alabama. The 2027 season marks the second year for Tennessee head coach Josh Elander. Vanderbilt enters the season following a 2026 campaign that saw the team miss the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2005. Both programs have also confirmed participation in early-season tournaments, with additional nonconference schedule details expected at a later date. The SEC Tournament is slated for May 25-30 at the Hoover Met in Hoover, Alabama.
