SEC Network announces broadcast team for Auburn home game against Southern Miss

Auburn hosts Southern Miss at Jordan-Hare Stadium this Saturday for its 2026 home opener. The game is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. CT and will be televised on the SEC Network. Matt Schumaker will handle play-by-play duties, joined by color analyst Aaron Murray and sideline reporter Taylor Davis. The Auburn Sports Network will also provide local coverage featuring Andy Burcham, Jason Campbell, and Bret Eddins, with broadcast operations beginning three hours prior to kickoff. This contest marks the 24th meeting between the two programs and their first since 2018. Auburn currently holds an 18-5 series record against the Golden Eagles and enters the matchup having won four consecutive games in the series dating back to 1992.
