Sekou Kromah transfers to Rutgers Football from Temple

Former Temple defensive lineman Sekou Kromah has committed to Rutgers Football ahead of the 2026 season. Kromah, who stands 6-foot-3 and 280 pounds, will have one season of eligibility remaining after two years at Temple, where injuries limited his playing time. Last season, he made 14 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, and three sacks over seven games. Kromah, a three-star transfer, previously played for JUCO Monroe College. Rutgers is also adding four other defensive linemen from the transfer portal to bolster their defense, which faced challenges last season.
