Seminole Boosters negotiate to purchase former Bobby Bowden residence

Real estate agent Reagan Hobbs is currently negotiating a deal to sell the former home of Bobby Bowden to Seminole Boosters, Inc. Hobbs, an FSU alumnus, purchased the Killearn Estates property for $737,000 at a Bobby Bowden Legacy Auction earlier this year. The 4,639-square-foot house was owned by the late coach and his wife, Ann, from 1976 until 2021. Tommy Bowden suggested the potential acquisition could serve as a resource for fans during home games. The Seminole Boosters have not yet provided a comment on the status of the ongoing talks. The property is located near the Killearn Club golf course, where a statue of the longtime head coach currently stands.
