Seth Halvorsen excels in two Triple-A outings for Dodgers

Seth Halvorsen, traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers last week, has made a strong impression in two Triple-A appearances for Oklahoma City. In his debut, he recorded three outs on just 11 pitches. His second outing saw him secure four outs, including his first strikeout, despite the team losing the game. Halvorsen's fastball averaged 100.2 mph, with improved velocity on his other pitches compared to earlier this season. Previously with the Colorado Rockies, Halvorsen had a 4.74 ERA in the majors this year but has shown promise in Triple-A with a 1.80 ERA across 18 appearances.
