Shaedon Sharpe of the Portland Trail Blazers is expected to miss six months after suffering a torn meniscus in his knee. This injury comes as the Blazers are looking to build on their 42-40 season, which earned them the seventh seed in the Western Conference. With Sharpe sidelined, the team's focus shifts to integrating new point guard Ja Morant and developing second overall pick Scoot Henderson. The injury raises questions about Sharpe's long-term role with the team, especially given his potential trade value as he recovers.
