Shane Steichen updates on Colts WR Alec Pierce's injury status during OTAs

Shane Steichen provided an update on Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce during Monday's OTA practice. Pierce underwent offseason surgery for a lingering ankle injury, but he is on track to return for training camp. General Manager Chris Ballard noted that Pierce is currently rehabbing and responding well to his program. Pierce, who surpassed 1,000 receiving yards last season and had six touchdowns, is signed to a four-year, $114 million deal with the Colts and is expected to take on a larger role in the upcoming season.
