Shane van Gisbergen wins first stage of Coke Zero 400 at Daytona

The finish was marked by controversy as van Gisbergen bumped Kyle Larson, who then collided with race leader Chris Buescher, sending both cars into the grass. Larson finished sixth while Buescher fell from first to 11th, missing stage points. Ryan Preece, another driver involved in the incident, finished eighth, gaining three stage points but losing ground to van Gisbergen in the standings. Buescher's car will require repairs after the crash.
