Shedeur Sanders takes starting offense role for Browns in camp

Summary

Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders will run the starting offense during Day 2 of training camp, following a strong Day 1 performance. Head coach Todd Monken confirmed that Sanders will alternate with Deshaun Watson, who opened practice with the first team. Sanders completed 16 of 19 passes in his initial outing, outpacing Watson's 12 of 22 with two interceptions. The rotation allows Sanders to build chemistry with key offensive players like rookie KC Concepcion. The competition for the starting role will continue through preseason games, starting with the Chicago Bears on August 15.
