Sheffield United sign forward Jordan Ayew to a deal through the season

Sheffield United have signed forward Jordan Ayew on a contract running until the end of the current season. The 34-year-old enters the club as a free agent following his departure from Leicester City after the team's relegation to League One. Ayew brings over a decade of experience in the Premier League and Championship to Sheffield United. Club manager Chris Wilder indicated that the player's versatility across the front line offers additional tactical options for the squad. Ayew previously served as captain for Ghana during the recent World Cup this summer. He remains available for selection immediately following his acquisition.
