Sheldon Creed secured his second career victory at the Fleetio 200 at Darlington Raceway on Saturday night. Despite the win, NASCAR officials confirmed post-race penalties for Creed and three other drivers. Creed, Brent Crews, and Austin Hill were penalized for having one unsecured lug nut on their respective vehicles, while Jesse Love received an at-track inspection penalty. While the penalties do not impact the race results or playoff standings, the four teams lost their pit selection rights for the next event. The series moves to World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway for the Nu Way 225 scheduled for September 12. Creed currently sits seven points behind Justin Allgaier in the championship standings following the race at the 1.366-mile track.
