Shirley and Havill recognized as SIAC athletes of the year

Maddy Shirley of Central and Cohen Havill of Memorial have been named the Southern Indiana Athletic Conference male and female athlete of the year. The announcement was made during the SIAC Celebration of Champions event, where all nominees were recognized. Shirley has signed to play soccer at the University of Southern Indiana and will have her jersey retired next spring. Havill will continue his soccer career at Loyola University Chicago after helping his team secure a state championship.
