Siouxland schools compete in IHSAA Soccer State Quarterfinals today

The IHSAA holds its quarterfinal round matchups for state soccer on June 1 in Iowa. Denison-Schleswig, the #7 seed in 3A, faces #2-seeded Dallas Center-Grimes at 2:30 PM in Indianola. Class 2A features #2 Unity Christian against #7 Knoxville at 2:30 PM, followed by #4 Bishop Heelan versus #5 Mount Vernon at 5 PM. In 1A, #6 Western Christian plays #3 St. Albert at noon. Later, #2 West Sioux takes on #7 Pella Christian at 2:30 PM at Mediacom Stadium.
