Six Miami Dolphins players change jersey numbers before season opener

Six members of the Miami Dolphins roster have switched jersey numbers one week before the team begins its 2026 regular season. The changes include Kevin Coleman moving from No. 83 to No. 21, Michael Taaffe shifting from No. 31 to No. 16, and Seydou Traore transitioning from No. 49 to No. 89. Additionally, Caeden Wallace will wear No. 77 instead of No. 75, Carlos Washington Jr. moves from No. 37 to No. 26, and Julius Wood switches from No. 21 to No. 25.
