South Dakota soccer loses 1-0 to Green Bay on the road

South Dakota women's soccer was defeated 1-0 by Green Bay on August 20 at Festival Foods Field. The match remained scoreless through the first half, with each team recording two shots on goal. Green Bay scored in the 51st minute from Laney Stark, assisted by Aixa Helbringer-Escobar and Ella Rogowski. Although South Dakota attempted to equalize, they could not penetrate the Green Bay defense, finishing with four shots, three on goal. The Coyotes will host Morningside on August 23 for their first home match of the season.
