South Dakota State men release 2026-27 basketball schedule starting at Kansas State

College SportsSouth Dakota State University released its 2026-27 men's basketball schedule on Monday, detailing a campaign that begins with a road game against Kansas State on Nov. 3. This matchup in Manhattan marks the program's fifth all-time visit to the Wildcats. Head coach Bryan Petersen enters his second season with the Jackrabbits, whose non-conference slate includes home games against Briar Cliff and Valparaiso. The team will travel to New Orleans in late November to participate in the inaugural Second Line Showcase, featuring games against South Alabama and Fresno State. After closing out the non-conference portion of the season in early January, the Jackrabbits shift focus to Summit League play, which begins Jan. 7 at Kansas City. The season concludes in March at the Summit League Basketball Championship in Sioux Falls.
