Spencerport girls soccer team seeks outright title in 2026 season

The Spencerport girls’ varsity soccer program returns to the field for the 2026 season aiming to secure an undisputed sectional title. Last year, the team shared the Class AA sectional crown with Churchville-Chili after a 1-1 tie in the final. Following that match, Churchville-Chili won a penalty shootout 4-2 to advance to the state tournament. While the school recognizes the result as a 10th consecutive sectional win, players and staff describe the finish as unfinished business. Coach Jamie Schneider and players including Calla Crowley and Addison Lynch have pointed to the penalty shootout exit as a primary motivator for the upcoming campaign.
