Sports organizations announce executive appointments and new media rights partnerships

Multiple organizations announced personnel changes and broadcast agreements on Sept. 4. Moira O’Connor will serve as general manager of Huntington Bank Field for the Cleveland Browns, while Golden State promoted four executives across its enterprise. The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee appointed John Donahoe to its Collegiate Advisory Council to represent the Atlantic Coast Conference. In broadcasting, Telemundo secured exclusive U.S. Spanish-language rights for Italian soccer through the 2028-29 season, and TMRW Sports finalized media deals with ESPN and Scripps Sports to broadcast the new women’s team golf league. Duke athletics also initiated a four-year partnership with Edward Jones, which includes branding at Cameron Indoor Stadium and future financial workshops for student-athletes. Additionally, Renewal by Andersen and Esler Companies established multi-school agreements with Colorado, Connecticut, Oklahoma, and Texas.
