Springboro girls lacrosse ended its season with an 18-5 loss to Upper Arlington in the Division I state semifinals on Tuesday, June 2. Making its first appearance in the OHSAA state Final Four, Springboro finished the season 16-6 overall. Upper Arlington, a four-time state champion, showcased its high-powered offense and solid defense. The Golden Bears advanced to their fifth consecutive state championship game and will face Powell Olentangy Liberty on Sunday, June 7.
