St. Louis selected to host 2028 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials

St. Louis, Missouri has been chosen as the host city for the 2028 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials, scheduled for March 25, 2028. This event marks a significant return for the city, which hosted the first Olympic marathon in the U.S. back in 1904. The course will showcase iconic landmarks, concluding at Energizer Park. The trials will serve as the first major opportunity for U.S. athletes to qualify for the Los Angeles Olympics in July 2028, which will be the first Games in the U.S. since 1996.
