Stanford football secures commitment from tight end Ben Kolar for 2027 class

College SportsBen Kolar, a tight end from Norman North High School, committed to Stanford football on June 2, 2026. The junior ranked No. 7 in The Oklahoman's Super 30 for 2027, received offers from numerous Division I programs before choosing the Cardinal. Kolar, listed at 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds, recorded 44 receptions for 622 yards and nine touchdowns last season, also contributing defensively with 49 tackles and two sacks. He is the younger brother of NFL tight end Charlie Kolar and former quarterback John Kolar.
