Steelers encouraged to extend cornerback Joey Porter Jr. before season starts
Summary

The Pittsburgh Steelers are urged to extend cornerback Joey Porter Jr. before the 2026 NFL season. Porter, who is entering the final year of his rookie deal, has been recognized as a key player for the team. He recorded 52 tackles and one interception last season and finished 10th in coverage DVOA.
