Steelers' rookies set for school after OTAs, says Mike McCarthy

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike McCarthy announced that the team's 2026 NFL Draft class will participate in a "rookie school" after organized team activities (OTAs). Scheduled for next week, the sessions will provide the young players with individual coaching opportunities. Seventeen rookies, including first-round pick Max Iheanachor and third-round quarterback Drew Allar, will attend this additional training. The rookie school will take place from Monday to Wednesday following the conclusion of OTAs, as the Steelers focus on developing their newcomers.
