Stephen A. Smith criticizes Giants after Harbaugh's team meeting clip

Stephen A. Smith has labeled the New York Giants a 'laughingstock' following a viral clip of head coach John Harbaugh addressing the team. On his show, Smith criticized the franchise's decision to hire Harbaugh and noted the significant five-year, $100 million contract he received. He emphasized the team's poor performance since their last Super Bowl victory in 2011, which includes zero division titles and 11 losing seasons. Despite Smith's criticism, players have praised Harbaugh's messaging. Smith indicated that the team's struggles highlighted the challenges ahead for Harbaugh as he takes over as the eighth head coach in the past 14 years.
