Stephen Curry predicted to outperform LeBron James and Kevin Durant in 2026-27

Summary

As Stephen Curry prepares for his 18th NBA season with the Golden State Warriors, seven-time NBA champion Robert Horry forecasts he will surpass both LeBron James and Kevin Durant this season. Curry signed a one-year veteran extension valued at approximately $62.6 million for 2026-27. Amid a challenging season for the Warriors, including injuries to key players like Jimmy Butler, Horry emphasizes Curry's unique skill set as a factor in his potential for a standout year. The Warriors, coming off a disappointing season, may focus on growth rather than immediate championship contention, placing Curry at the center of their offensive strategy.
