Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry sold a vacant industrial property in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco for approximately $10.5 million on Tuesday. Curry purchased the 20th Street building in 2024 for $8.5 million with the intention of developing a headquarters for his company, Thirty Ink. Plans for the facility were cancelled last year following a labor dispute. The transaction follows a series of real estate sales by the Curry family across the Bay Area, including an Atherton estate and a Four Seasons Residence condo. While shifting his real estate portfolio, Curry remains under contract with the Warriors through next season and is eligible for a two-year extension.
