Stephen Fleming, the new England Test coach, has been granted permission by the ECB to serve as a commentator for Sky New Zealand during India’s upcoming tour of New Zealand. This privilege was not extended to his predecessor, Brendon McCullum, who had to relinquish similar broadcasting roles. Fleming's official coaching duties will commence with England's series against South Africa in December. Prior to this, he will conduct essential planning discussions with the leadership team in England and manage his dual responsibilities as both coach and commentator during India's multi-format series in New Zealand starting next month.
