Steve Smith offers harsh critique of Steelers WR Roman Wilson ahead of camp

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Roman Wilson received strong criticism from NFL legend Steve Smith Sr. as he heads into a pivotal season. On the 89 podcast, Smith described Wilson as the 'ugly baby' of the receiver room, noting that praise for his blocking ability is concerning for a wide receiver. Smith expressed preference for Germie Bernard in the WR3 competition, highlighting Wilson's struggles to beat press coverage as a significant drawback. As the Steelers prepare for training camp, Wilson's performance will be closely monitored as he seeks to establish himself in the lineup.
