Studley honors World Cup with knitted England footballers display

In Studley, Warwickshire, a knitted display of Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham, and Marcus Rashford has been installed on a postbox to celebrate the 2026 World Cup. The figures are crafted by local knitters, the Studley Stitchers, who plan to add a knitted ball for each goal scored by Kane during the tournament. The display was launched on July 3, coinciding with ongoing World Cup matches, as Kane was reported to have five goals in the current rankings. This follow-up project comes after previous displays, including one for England's women's team in the Women’s Euro 2025 tournament.
