Sunderland midfielder Alan Browne attracting interest from Blackburn Rovers
Summary

Sunderland midfielder Alan Browne is reportedly attracting interest from Blackburn Rovers as the EFL Championship club considers a move this summer. Browne, who is surplus to requirements at Sunderland, had a successful loan spell at Middlesbrough last season, contributing four goals and three assists in 42 matches. With his contract expiring at the end of next season, Sunderland may look to sell him now rather than risk losing him for free in 2027. The club's manager, Regis Le Bris, is advised to consider offloading Browne to strengthen other areas of the squad ahead of the upcoming campaign.
