Suns focus on Mark Williams after Collin Gillespie re-signing
Summary

The Phoenix Suns will prioritize discussions surrounding center Mark Williams after re-signing guard Collin Gillespie to a four-year, $48 million contract. The team's financial constraints complicate matters, as keeping both players seemed unlikely. The possibility of Williams returning hinges on him accepting a qualifying offer, given his injury history and the Suns' tight salary cap situation. The next few days leading up to the NBA Draft will be crucial in determining the team's direction, especially if they consider drafting a new center.
