Suzanne Cook organizes fundraiser in memory of husband Aaron Cook

Suzanne Cook held a fundraising event, 90 Minutes for Cookie, on June 14 in Bishops Waltham, raising over £6,000 for Cancer Research UK and the Football Foundation. Her husband, Aaron Cook, a former footballer who played for Portsmouth and others, died from advanced oesophageal cancer on June 4 at age 46. The event featured players from Bishops Waltham Dynamos FC and a match against Cookie's XI, comprised of his former teammates. Suzanne hopes to create The Cookie Foundation to continue fundraising for cancer and football charities.
