Syracuse football adds two more commits for 2027 class

Syracuse University football team secured commitments from two players for the 2027 recruiting class over the weekend. Corner Dylan Northcutt from Sherman Oaks, California, and Ben Sakyiama from Archbishop Wood High School in Pennsylvania both announced their decisions to join the Orange. Northcutt, ranked a three-star recruit, was drawn to Syracuse for its welcoming atmosphere and academic offerings, while Sakyiama, at 6’7” and 345 pounds, is regarded as a developmental prospect. These additions bring the Orange's total to 22 commitments, ranking 35th in their class according to Rivals.
