Syracuse Orange newcomer Walt Frazier, Jr. joins defensive line

The Syracuse Orange prepare for the 2026 football season by introducing freshman defensive lineman Walt Frazier, Jr. Frazier, standing 6'3” and weighing 315 lbs, comes from Haverford School in Philadelphia, PA. In 2025, he recorded 52 tackles and 3.5 sacks while also blocking four kicks in high school. Projected to add depth to the line in short yardage and special teams, he was recruited after Syracuse bested teams like Kentucky and UConn. As Syracuse transitions into Year 3 of the Fran Brown Era, Frazier's contributions will be closely watched.
