Takamoto Katsuta recovers following major Rally Paraguay accident

Toyota driver Takamoto Katsuta and co-driver Aaron Johnston were involved in a significant crash during last weekend’s Rally Paraguay. The incident occurred during the gravel rally and forced officials to cancel stage 21 of the competition. Katsuta acknowledged the assistance provided by fellow competitors Thierry Neuville and Martijn Wydaeghe at the scene of the accident. The GR Yaris driven by Katsuta was reported to have gone onto two wheels before the collision. Katsuta stated that he would remember the support offered by his rivals following the incident, which he described as the largest crash of his WRC career.
